Yes. Secure Transportation Services can arrange and give accurate pick-up and drop-off times for most transports within 30 minutes of contact. Inclement weather and traffic can always impact scheduled estimated time of arrivals, however, Secure Transportation Services always strives to be on time. Points of contact are provided so that you can check in on your child’s trip and be notified of arrival and departure times as they occur.
All Secure Transportation Services transporters are required to have and maintain safe driving records. Secure Transportation Services also perform annual criminal background checks, drug screens and TB tests on all employees. Secure Transportation Services also require all drivers to be on the Missouri Family Safety Registry.
Secure Transportation Services carries a $1,000,000 commercial liability insurance policy on all of our transporters.
Secure Transportation Services bills a per-mile rate from point of pickup to point of drop off as well as a flat transport fee per child. Actual rate will depend on the location of your facility. If preferred, a per county flat rate can be developed.
