Secure Transportation Services bills a per-mile rate from point of pickup to point of drop off as well as a flat transport fee per child. Actual rate will depend on the location of your facility. If preferred, a per county flat rate can be developed. Secure Transportation Services carries a $1,000,000 commercial liability insurance policy on all of our transporters.
All Secure Transportation Services transporters are required to have and maintain safe driving records. Secure Transportation Services also perform annual criminal background checks, drug screens and TB tests on all employees. Secure Transportation Services also require all drivers to be on the Missouri Family Safety Registry.
Yes. Secure Transportation Services can arrange and give accurate pick-up and drop-off times for most transports within 30 minutes of contact. Inclement weather and traffic can always impact scheduled estimated time of arrivals, however, Secure Transportation Services always strives to be on time. Points of contact are provided so that you can check in on your child’s trip and be notified of arrival and departure times as they occur.
Since 1998 Secure Transportation Services has been providing safe transportation of juveniles. Secure Transportation Services has driven hundreds of thousands of miles and transports hundreds of kids every year. Secure Transportation Services’ drivers come from a wide variety of backgrounds – social work, law enforcement and mental health to name a few.

Yes. Secure Transportation Services can provide staff to transport and supervise juveniles to and from court hearings, medical appointments, etc.
Secure Transportation Services trains its drivers in the use of restraints. If restraints are needed to ensure the safety of the child or others around them, we will have them ready. Many facilities such as Juvenile Detention Centers or institutions such as Court require the use of restraints like shackles to prevent running. When required, Secure Transportation Services’ drivers know how to use restraints effectively and are aware of the strict guidelines regarding what kind of restraints can be used and in what manner. Regardless of the context, Restraints are not for punitive purposes but for safety and security.

All drivers undergo a thorough criminal background check and must complete drug tests, a TB skin test, submit their driving record, meet the requirements & register on the Missouri Family Safety Registry and maintain the commercial insurance provided by Secure Transportation Services.
